DerGriff Bench Grip | Edition 02

German-designed grip mat pins your back to the bench.

With DerGriff, your scapulae stay set from unrack to lockout, and your arch holds. Proprietary compound, reinforced with nylon, holds your lift and wipes clean. No straps. No chalk. It works under any clothing, on any bench and rolls up easily to move with you.

Non-slip grip. High-friction silicone grips the bench pad below and your shirt above. The material secures the contact point through pure surface friction.

Locked-in shoulders. Your upper back stays secure between the unrack and the lockout. Your arch holds mid-press. Position holds firmly on the bench through setup and drive.

Maximal leg-drive. Force from leg drive transfers straight through the torso and into the bar. Leg drive goes into the bar instead of sliding you across the bench.

Grip, wet and dry. Friction holds consistently through sweat and moisture. A reliable connection ensures stability during your heaviest working sets.

Structure. A nylon scrim runs through the silicone core. The mat maintains its exact shape under repeated heavy load, staying flat and uniform.
