A thin grip mat that holds your upper back in place on any bench.

Non-slip grip. A dense, reinforced natural rubber compound, made from latex tapped from the Hevea tree and vulcanised under heat, bites into the bench pad below and your shirt above.

Locked-in shoulders. Your upper back stays locked between the unrack and the lockout. Your arch anchors mid-press. Position holds solid on the bench through setup and drive.

Maximal leg-drive. High-friction density ensures your leg drive goes entirely into the bar instead of sliding you across the bench.

Structure. An internal nylon layer reinforces the vulcanised compound. The mat rolls and flexes, then returns flat, retaining its shape and structural memory under repeated heavy load.

Portability. At 215g, the mat rolls up for a gym bag and unrolls flat, giving you the identical surface under your upper back on every bench.
